We read every message. We can't promise a personal reply to everyone, but every reported problem is checked.
What we can help with
- a test centre that has moved, closed, or changed its hours or phone number
- a practice route that doesn't work: a road is closed, a turn isn't allowed, or the route doesn't start at the centre
- a broken link or a page that doesn't display properly
- a centre that's missing from the site
- general questions or feedback about Canada Drive Test Routes
To help us fix things quickly, include the link to the page, what's wrong, and, if you can, where you found the correct information (for example, your testing body's website or your appointment confirmation).
What we can't help with
We're an independent site, so we can't book, change or cancel road tests, see your results, or answer questions about your licence. For those, contact your testing body directly:

Please don't send sensitive information
Never email us your driver's licence number, booking confirmation, date of birth, or photos of ID documents. We don't need them, and email isn't a secure way to send them. See our privacy policy for how we handle messages.
